ABOUT THE BROOKLYN BALL

Instead of the typical Ball Drop that most New Year’s Eve revelers are accustomed to experiencing, the Brooklyn Ball will Rise for the Count Down, Ascending a flag pole 30 feet in the air.

The Brooklyn Ball has been uniquely designed and fabricated,

combining state of the art LED lights and custom LED panels,

giving a diameter of 14 feet.

The Ball weighs just around 3,500 pounds.

Special features have been programmed for the ball to give us an epic show.
